At the link below you will find a downloadable Adobe Acrobat PDF file of our 24 inch x 36 inch “Basic Strength Standards” poster. Simply save the file to a flash drive or CD and take it to your local Kinko’s copy store. Have them print the file as a 24” x 36” poster on their large face black and white poster printer. Make sure you tell them that this is for the black and white printer not the color poster printer. The cost for the poster printing at Kinko’s should be around $5 ($2.50 per running foot of poster print) but this may vary by location. Now go to Wal-mart and buy an inexpensive plexiglass 24" x 36" poster frame. Put the poster in the frame and viola’ you have a really useful poster for the gym wall. If you want thicker paper and higher resolution print have Kinko’s use their color poster printer, but realize this will take the price of the poster up to about $20 ($10 per running foot of poster or thereabouts). FREE WALL ART FOR THE GYM!
Every gym needs something on the wall to look at. Whether you train in a shiny state of the art fitness center or in the dark recesses of your basement, blank walls are pretty boring.
